Celebrating 40 years of iconic and chart-topping compilation albums, this brand-new musical comedy features an unbeatable 80s soundtrack, with direction and choreography by Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood.
This fun-filled evening is bursting with some of the greatest hits from the 80s, including "Gold," "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun," "Tainted Love," "Hey Mickey," "Sisters Are Doin' It for Themselves," and many more.
Starring award-winning comedy actress and EastEnders star Nina Wadia, alongside Melissa Jacques (I Should Be So Lucky UK and Ireland Tour, Everybody's Talking About Jamie West End & LA), and special guest pop icon Sonia, performing one of her biggest hits, "Better the Devil You Know."
Set in Birmingham, 1989, the story follows Gemma and April, two school friends busy planning their lives based on Number One magazine quizzes and dreaming of meeting Rick Astley. Fast forward to Birmingham, 2009, and they're confronted with their worst nightmare: the school reunion. As friends reunite, drama unfolds, and old flames reappear.
