Our very own Simon from Weekend Breakfast had the pleasure of attending last night's performance for The Point Radio. He shared his enthusiasm for the show, saying, "If you loved the movie, you'll love the show." And indeed, the stage adaptation stays true to the spirit of the original film, delivering a night full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable music.

The show features all the iconic songs that fans know and love, including "Grease Lightning," "Hopelessly Devoted to You," and "Look at Me, I'm Sandra Dee." In addition to these classics, audiences are treated to new songs such as "Freddie My Love" and "Mooning," which blend perfectly into the storyline, adding fresh layers to the musical experience.

Grease the Musical beautifully captures the heartwarming and often tumultuous relationship between Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson. Marley Fenton shines in his first major role as Danny, bringing charisma and charm to the stage. Hope Dawe, fresh out of university, plays Sandy with grace and poise, capturing the character's innocence and strength. Their chemistry is palpable, drawing the audience into their love story.
